During the course of our various programs and activities, we frequently gather and use personal information. - Donors are offered the opportunity to make their contribution anonymously in all acknowledgment materials.
- LifeSpire of Virginia and the VBH Foundation comply with all HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations with regards to resident records.
- During the course of qualifying a prospective resident into any one of our communities, we gather a significant amount of financial data. This data will not be used by LifeSpire of Virginia or its subsidiary corporations for the purpose of solicitation of gifts.
- We collect, use and disclose personal information only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in light of the circumstances. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share our mailing lists.

The VBH Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees consisting of representatives from the market regions that we serve. The Foundation is audited annually by a nationally recognized accounting firm.
The Vice President of the VBH Foundation leads the team and oversees day-to-day operations. Oversight is provided by the President/CEO of LifeSpire of Virginia.
