It's hard to believe it's already been a year since we welcomed the very first resident to our Northside Cottages. What started as a new neighborhood has quickly become a thriving community filled with friendships, laughter, and a true sense of belonging.
The very first Northside resident, Linda C., recently shared this in our resident satisfaction survey:

LifeSpire currently owns and operates five Life Plan Communities; Lakewood (Richmond), The Culpeper (Culpeper), The Chesapeake (Newport News), The Glebe (Daleville) and The Summit (Lynchburg); totaling 952 independent living, 225 assisted living, 108 memory support and 226 nursing residences.
