Gold Plan
The Gold Plan offers the most comprehensive coverage, providing up to $1 million in lifetime benefits with a daily reimbursement maximum of $426. This plan includes full coverage for long-term care services, ensuring that members have access to the highest level of support when needed.
Sterling and Bronze Plans
The Sterling Plan provides substantial coverage with a daily reimbursement maximum of $341 and a lifetime cap of $1 million. This plan includes a 20% co-pay for long-term care services, offering a balance between comprehensive coverage and cost-sharing.
The Bronze Plan offers essential coverage with a daily reimbursement maximum of $213 and a lifetime cap of $1 million. This plan includes a 50% co-pay for long-term care services, providing a cost-effective option for those seeking basic coverage.
Discount for Two
The membership fee is for each person who joins AgeSmart. A discount on the membership fee is available for individuals who live in the same home and join the program together. Each member is entitled to his or her own separate care and service, which is why the pricing is per person even if they’re joining as a couple.

One-Time Membership Fee
The one-time membership fee is paid upon signing the Membership Agreement and secures your access to AgeSmart’s services. This fee is based on your age and selected plan, ensuring that your investment aligns with your anticipated needs and preferences.
Monthly Fee
In addition to the one-time membership fee, members pay a monthly fee that covers ongoing care coordination, long-term care services, and access to wellness programs. This predictable monthly cost ensures that you have continuous support and resources as you age in place.

AgeSmart provides personalized consultative care through dedicated care coordinators. These professionals assist with arranging services, navigating healthcare decisions, and advocating for your needs, offering guidance and support throughout your aging journey. Yes. As a member of AgeSmart, you’re guaranteed services, including assisted living and nursing care, no matter what inflation may be in years to come. The maximum daily benefit amount is set to be equivalent to the average cost of a private room in Skilled Nursing at LifeSpire’s communities; the benefit will increase as the cost at LifeSpire’s communities increases.
The fees for AgeSmart can be considered a tax-deductible prepaid medical expense. Consult with your accountant or financial advisor regarding tax and financial matters.
