The Allegheny Room
In our elegant main dining room, you’ll enjoy expertly crafted nightly entrées and daily chef’s specials, all served with impeccable hospitality – no tie required! One taste, and you’ll be eager to invite family and friends.
The Marketplace
Open for all day dining seven days a week, The Marketplace is a casual spot where you’ll enjoy tasty lighter fare and cook-to-order selections. You’ll love the theme days, like Taco Tuesday, Waffle Wednesday, and Themed Thursday. Grab and Go options like fruit plates, salads, and wraps are also available. Enjoy the al fresco dining space, part of the Marketplace, for fresh air and mountain views!
The Blue Ridge Room
The Blue Ridge Room is The Glebe’s private dining room which you can reserve for special occasions with family and friends. Our expert catering services offer a variety of selections you’re sure to love.
FireSide Coffee Shop
The FireSide Coffee Shop offers gourmet coffees, smoothies, tea, breakfast and lunch sandwiches and gelato.
Pub/Tavern
Great for sports nights, happy hour, or to grab a cocktail before dinner or a night cap, the Pub/Tavern offers a full bar selection as well as a billiards table.

Our talented chef and culinary team bring passion and expertise to every dish they create, always with a commitment to satisfy diverse tastes and dietary preferences while ensuring every dining experience is inspired.
J. joined The Glebe December 2024 bringing decades of valuable experience and knowledge in hospitality. Working in restaurants, country clubs and retirement communities. J. grew up in VA Beach crabbing and fishing at an early age and started working in restaurants at age 14. J. is a certified executive chef from Johnson and Wales University and has been on TV many times executing live cooking demo’s on FOX and other networks and even was on Hells Kitchen season 5. J. is a passionate chef and effective inspiring F&B leader winning best retirement community, best out of 600 in country and has award winning recipes like Maryland crab cakes. The past 15 years J. has worked in retirement communities from NY to Florida, understands community living very well and loves working in these environments.
Originally from Southern California, Chef Travis Giffin grew up splitting his time between the beach and the mountains, where his appreciation for fresh ingredients and bold flavors was born. He began his culinary journey at the age of 17 and quickly discovered a passion for cooking—particularly pizza—which sparked a lifelong career in the kitchen.
After attending culinary school—during the same year he married and welcomed his first child—Chef Giffin transitioned from the world of pizza to full-service restaurants. He refined his skills and deepened his culinary knowledge during his time at The Playground in Santa Ana, CA, a pivotal experience that shaped him as a chef.
Travis later joined Ballast Point Brewing Company, where he was instrumental in opening multiple kitchens across the country. His move to Virginia began with one of those openings, and after falling in love with the region, he and his family chose to make it their permanent home.
Chef Giffin joined The Glebe in September 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience, creativity, and dedication to culinary excellence. He is excited to continue growing his craft and sharing his passion for great food with the community.
