The Glebe welcomes Crystal Larson as Administrator of Health Services

DALEVILLE, VA, November 19, 2025 — The Glebe, a LifeSpire of Virginia community, has named Crystal Larson as its new Administrator of Health Services. Larson joined the community in October 2025, bringing more than 20 years of dedicated experience in senior healthcare.

Larson began her career in 2000 as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant before moving into leadership roles and serving as an Administrator in skilled nursing communities beginning in 2008. Originally from Southwestern Virginia, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science Management from Old Dominion University. She has served on the Virginia Health Care Association Board of Directors and is a graduate of the American Health Care Association Future Leaders of America program, Class of 2018.

Throughout her career, Larson has been committed to providing person centered care and creating environments where residents can thrive while receiving exceptional quality and compassion.
