Leave Them Smiling! is a hospitality training program developed by LifeSpire of Virginia for team members at all levels of the organization. It is a hospitality initiative developed by a senior living community for senior living communities.
Instilling hospitality into the culture of LifeSpire communities involves weekly huddles that focus on a specific hospitality principle, team member recognition and ongoing training for new team members and train-the-trainers. LifeSpire places special emphasis on concierge, amenities, dining and health services. LifeSpire measures progress by including questions related to hospitality on resident satisfaction surveys.
LifeSpire is open to licensing and train-the-trainer sessions for LeadingAge members. À la carte pricing of printed materials, training sessions and videos is also available.
