LifeSpire’s Strategic Planning Process

Beginning in 2017, we are initiating a robust strategic planning initiative. This process will involve the LifeSpire board of trustees, management, staff and residents as we collaboratively review and align our mission, vision and values with our tactical and financial goals. Working together, we will formulate our shared vision and translate that vision first into broadly defined goals and then into specific steps designed to achieve those goals. This “backward-planning” process will include a management analysis at each of our four communities of our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT), a survey of residents and staff, an industry comparison, and a report on latent liabilities.

We have engaged the services of Clifton, Larson and Allen, our accounting firm, as the consultants who will guide us through this process.
